Secluded eco cabin for no distractions creativity. Completely off grid to write, draw, compose, work ...
Your own private garden, small outdoor seating area, strawberry patch for you to help yourself to in summer. The room is fully insulated, with its own gas heater. There is a small desk and chair with views reaching out over the field. There is also a sofa if you want to pretend you're writing, but just would like a lie down instead. ​​​

FAQs
​
Dogs - You can bring your dog but they must be on a lead at all times when not in the cabin.
​
Beverages - There will always be a fresh jug of filtered and blessed water in the cabin, bring a flask if you would like something hot.

Loo - We have a composting loo just behind the cabin which you just use like a normal loo, we provide loo roll and you may dispose of sanitary products into the loo too. The only difference is that instead of flushing you put a handful of sawdust provided after using.

Electric & lighting - Most people find their creativity goes up with no wifi or electronic distractions, but if you do need to recharge your laptop we have a plug socket by the house that feeds off our solar panels. In winter when there is less light I will provide lamps that I recharge daily.

Is The Writers Room The Blue Room on your website? - Yes! Midweek it is a creative space and then at the weekends (Friday - Monday) it is one of our three guest rooms on the land.
